Every product that we stock in the USB Superstore is thoroughly tested throughout their production cycle.

Tests are conducted for quality at four key stages:

  • Raw material and components
  • Semi finished goods
  • Finished goods
  • Functionality

We know that quality is important to our clients and their customers. Nothing is more maddening than receiving a highly valued promotional item, only to have it break a week later.

As such, we test our products constantly to ensure that they can take a great deal of punishment, far beyond what they would experience in normal, every day use.

Of course, some companies will cut corners to lower the cost of their items.

Cost cutting methods include:

  • Using faulty or recycled flash memory chips, which may cause read and write errors.
  • Changing flash memory chip volume information, so that a lower capacity chip appears to have more capacity than it really does.
  • Using faulty designed PCBs, which may cause severe electromagnetic interference.
  • Using controller chips that are faulty in their design, causing compatibility problems when using the product with different operating systems.

Whenever corners are cut, problems arise. That's why we never cut corners with our products, even if it means we aren't the lowest cost provider of USB products.
