Q. What is the delivery time?

A. We are normally able to deliver your order within 10-14 working days. If you need it faster, we can expedite your order. However, rush charges will be incurred.

Q. How do you ship the goods?

A. We ship all of our products via USPS, UPS or FedEx, depending on which shipper can deliver our products by the desired date at the most reasonable cost.

Q. What are the available sizes for your USB memory sticks?

A. We can deliver the following sizes: 256MB, 512MB, 1GB, 2GB, 4GB, 8GB and 16GB.

Q. How much data can a USB Superstore memory stick hold?

A. The following is a reference on the capacities available and how they can be used.

  • 512 MB (9600 pages of text, 320 photos or 100 MP3 music files)
  • 1 GB (20,000 pages of text, 640 photos or 175 MP3 music files)
  • 2 GB (over 40,000 pages of text, 1,200 photos or 350 MP3 music files)
  • 4 GB (over 80,000 pages of text, 2,400 photos or 750 MP3 music files)
  • 8 GB (over 160,000 pages of text, 4,800 photos or 1,500 MP3 music files)

Q. What are the reading and writing speeds of a USB Superstore memory stick?

A. Q. What type of printing do you offer?

A. We can customize products using the following print techniques: Laser engraving, silkscreen printing and Tempo print. The type of printing depends on your graphics and the selected product.

Q. What's the minimum order for products and packaging?

A. The minimum order is just 50 pieces for USB Sticks. The minimum order for printed packaging is 200 pieces. If you want a custom design or shape, the minimum quantity is 500.

Q. What's the minimum order for printing logo on the lanyards?

A. The minimum quantity is 300 pieces for printed lanyards.

Q. Do you offer any warranty?

A. Yes, there is a 12-month manufacturer warranty on all our products.

A. USB Superstore products are based on the USB 2.0 standard and operate with all PCs and Macs and devices with a USB port and running Windows ME or later or Mac OS 8.6 or later. (USB drivers are also available for Windows 98, Windows 98 SE and Windows NT) They are backwards compatible for USB 1.0 if you have an older computer.
